THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS PROVIDED IN ADDITION TO YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW. OUR GOODS COME WITH GUARANTEES THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER THE AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW. YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND FOR A MAJOR FAILURE AND COMPENSATION FOR ANY OTHER REASONABLY FORESEEABLE LOSS OR DAMAGE. YOU ARE ALSO ENTITLED TO HAVE THE GOODS REPAIRED OR REPLACED IF THE GOODS FAIL TO BE OF ACCEPTABLE QUALITY AND THE FAILURE DOES NOT AMOUNT TO A MAJOR FAILURE.

WE WARRANT THAT, DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD, THE PRODUCT WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE LIMIT THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEFECTIVE GOODS IS LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT OR REFUND AS SET OUT IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT.

Stick It Golf PTY LTD, at address 1, The Range Drive, Cararra, Queensland, Australia 4211 ("we") extend this limited warranty only to the consumer who originally purchased the product ("you"). It does not extend to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the product.

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the "Stick It Golf Wrap" (the "Product") for the Warranty Period as defined below.

This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to: (a) transportation; (b) storage; (c) improper use; (d) failure to follow the product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance; (e) modifications; (f) unauthorized repair; (g) normal wear and tear; or (h) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.

This limited warranty begins on the date of purchase and continues for ninety (90) days (the “Warranty Period”). The Warranty Period will not be extended or renewed if the product is repaired or replaced. We reserve the right to modify the terms or availability of this limited warranty at our discretion, provided that any such changes will not apply retroactively.

To obtain warranty service, you must contact our Customer Service Department by email at stickitgolfwraps@gmail.com during the Warranty Period to request a Defective Merchandise Authorisation (“DMA”) number. No warranty service will be provided without a valid DMA number.

THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND REPRESENT OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. OUR LIABILITY WILL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.
