Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement

We take claims of copyright infringement seriously. If you believe that any material available on or through this Site infringes your copyright, you may request its removal (or access to it be disabled) by submitting a written notice to us at
stickitgolfwraps@gmail.com

Your written notice must include:

(a) identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, or, if multiple works are involved, a representative list of such works;

(b) identification of the material you believe to be infringing, with enough detail to allow us to locate it on the Site;

(c) your full name, postal address, telephone number, and email address;

(d) a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and

(e) a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

We may request additional information before removing any allegedly infringing material. If we remove content in response to a complaint, we may notify the person who provided the content so they have the opportunity to respond.

Knowingly making a false or misleading claim regarding copyright infringement may result in you being held liable for damages under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).

Counter Notification Procedures

If you believe that material you posted on the Site was removed, or access to it was disabled, by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter notice to us at stickitgolfwraps@gmail.com

Your counter notice must include:

(a) your physical or electronic signature;

(b) identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled;

(c) adequate information by which we can contact you (including your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address); and

(d) a statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

If we receive a valid counter notice, we may reinstate the removed content unless we are required to keep it disabled under Australian law or by order of a court.

Knowingly making a false or misleading counter notice may expose you to liability for damages under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
